Brian D. Grace Engineering Consultancy is in existence since 1995 and has built a good client base with a lot of repeat business generated. Much business has been gained over the years by word of mouth and the practice has built a reputation for accurate, competent and efficient service.

By keeping the practice small, overheads are kept to a minimum thus providing for competitive pricing. All work is carried out by a fully qualified Engineer, therefore professional indemnity costs etc. are minimised and due care provided to projects to ensure a full service to all clients.

The building prior to Brians involvement was an architecturally sensitive, stone warehouse in poor repair and is now a mixed use building consisting of residential and commercial occupancies.
